As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with your assigned Business Unit(s) to provide strategic HR advisory, coaching, and support to business leaders. You will play a key role in driving workforce planning, talent acquisition (in collaboration with the TA team), learning & development, rewards and benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.You will be responsible for managing employee relations and championing a positive workplace culture where people can thrive.
