Learn more atAbout the Role/ The Opportunity:We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping intelligent solutions within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building AI-powered experiences that enhance productivity, decision-making, and user engagement as well as someone who demonstrates a strong drive and passion for achieving goals and delivering results. Exhibiting a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore new technologies, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Agents. Your contributions will directly impact how users interact with data and automation in their daily workflows.What You'll Do:

Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot AI agents.
Experiment and evaluate non-Microsoft AI tools, applications and models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for AI projects.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and model training workflows in Microsoft Azure.
Monitor and optimize Copilot Agent performance in production environments.
Stay current with the latest AI research and technologies.

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Microsoft PowerApps / Copilot development.
1-2 years of experience in software development using Python.
Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms for Agent deployment and scaling.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and techniques such as RAG.
Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) and vector databases.
Knowledge of data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI practices.
