- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR management within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools for effective workforce management.
