Responsible for the timely delivery of all phases of projects, including estimating, scoping, build, manage/control and transition to operation. He / She must also has the experience managing and leading highly skilled, geographically dispersed team to deliver projects on-time, on budget.
Be able to engage and communicate with stakeholders and manage issues.
Responsibilities include working with the business users to define scope and gather business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed SAP designs to meet business needs, project planning, test planning, contingency and cut-over planning and post implementation support plan.
Deep skills in the design and configuration of the SAP HR modules (i.e. payroll, benefits, personnel admin, time management, organization management, ESS & MSS portal) Analyze / evaluate business requirements and translate them into business solutions within SAP Strong integration knowledge of SAP Finance, Logistics modules and Workday.
