- 10+ years in HR/Admin, with multi-department leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian laws, fluent in English, Mandarin & BM

Oversee daily operations across HR, Administration, IT, Asset, and Property Management to ensure alignment with company objectives. Act as a key decision maker for departmental approvals, while driving strategic initiatives to meet business needs.Core responsibilities:
- Lead HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
- Manage administration, procurement, office, events, and facilities.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, data security, and user support.
- Supervise asset tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
- Oversee property maintenance, tenant relations, and lease management.
- Drive cost optimization and ensure legal/regulatory compliance across departments.
