About the Role: This role is key to ensuring that day-to-day activities, communication, and task execution to run smoothly and on time. Working closely with leadership and team members to keep things aligned, structured, and moving forward - playing a critical role in supporting the business behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate internal tasks, timelines, and communication. Track project and operational progress, ensuring timely completion and accountability. Support documentation, scheduling, and basic reporting needs. Maintain clear internal records and help standardize company workflows. Follow up with team members and external contacts as needed to ensure smooth execution of plans. Anticipate operational needs and take initiative to resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Technology, ). Strong command of English (both written and spoken). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently. Comfortable coordinating across different functions within the company.
