Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team in Penang, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for content and campaigns. Lead the management of Coherent&aposs global social media channels, developing strategies to increase engagement and grow audience reach. Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blogs, white papers, and case studies. Collaborate with branding teams to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and digital assets. Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence across all channels. Education & Experience Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, social media management, and campaign analytics. Skills Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
