- Partner with the Data Science team to resolve data‑quality issues and gaps; align on metric/KPI definitions and measurement methodologies; perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for newly deployed data sources and tables.
- Define and scope business problems and propose sustainable, data‑driven solutions.
- Maintain the current channels for stakeholder requests (e.g., data‑accuracy concerns, deep‑dive analyses to support process/system improvements, automated dashboards to monitor operational health).
- Review the data requests; assess scope and impact, set urgency and priority levels, allocate resources, and manage stakeholder expectations with clear timelines and updates.
- Coach and mentor team members in both technical skills and business domain knowledge.
- Lead the team to promote a data‑driven, problem‑solving mindset across the organisation; automate key metrics and insights in Looker.
- Support data and analytics requirements across countries; understand the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each venture and warehouse process.
- Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base; document findings and post‑implementation timelines/chronologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that the team stays up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in process improvement or project management within E‑commerce, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics (plus points).
- Advanced skills in Looker and SQL, and/or other Business Intelligence packages. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem structuring, comfortable to use flow charts and other workflow mapping tools to express connections between activities and processes
- Comfortable to work with numbers and interest to gain insights from large datasets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have passion in operations and continuous process improvement
- Eager to learn, can-do attitude, comfortable to work in a multicultural, fast paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of predictive analytics and machine learning techniques for forecasting fulfillment needs and optimizing operations.
