Job Summary: As a Pre-Sales Consultant / Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by designing innovative ICT solutions that align with customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs, craft winning proposals, and deliver impactful presentations. This role combines technical expertise, solution design, and client engagement to ensure successful sales outcomes and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the commercial team to ensure technical solutions are aligned with customer objectives and sales strategies. Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify business needs and technical requirements. Design and architect complete ICT infrastructure solutions, covering Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Networking, and Security technologies tailored to specific customer environments. Lead the preparation and submission of tender proposals (RFPs, RFQs), with a focus on infrastructure components such as Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Network & Security and Data Center. Develop and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, specifications, configurations, and deployment plans. Perform thorough requirements analysis and gather in-depth insights into customer ICT environments. Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients and key stakeholders. Coordinate with technology vendors and strategic partners to gather essential product information and resources for solution design. Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes, solution offerings, and internal best practices. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar technical client-facing role. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in designing ICT infrastructure, including Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Networking & Security and Data Center solutions. Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, straightforward language suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
