As Compensation & Incentives Specialist, you will shape how pay and performance translate into sustainable business growth - ensuring rewards are competitive, equitable, and financially disciplined across markets. You will work closely with Finance and senior leaders to design compensation and incentive structures that balance talent attraction, performance outcomes, and cost control in a fast-moving, global environment. Job Requirements 4-7+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or related roles. Strong hands-on experience in incentive design, commission structures, or bonus schemes. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; BI tools are a plus. Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with numbers and ambiguity. Experience supporting multi-country or global populations preferred. Background in FinTech, financial services, tech, or high-growth environments is a plus. Job Responsibilities Compensation Strategy & Frameworks Manage and continuously refine job architecture, role levelling, and salary band structures across regions. Support annual salary review, promotion, and off-cycle compensation processes with strong cost modelling and budget discipline. Provide market benchmarking insights and pay positioning recommendations aligned to approved reward budgets. Act as a key gatekeeper to ensure compensation decisions are consistent, defensible, and financially sustainable. Lead compensation reviews, including budgeting, merit increases, and bonus cycles. Incentives & Variable Pay (Core Focus) Design, administer, and optimise variable pay programs. Build simulations to evaluate incentive affordability, ROI, and behavioural impact. Partner with Finance and business leaders to ensure incentive plans are sustainable, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes. Analytics & Decision Support Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support hiring offers, internal moves, and reward decisions. Monitor internal equity, market competitiveness, and incentive effectiveness. Support leadership discussions with practical reward scenarios and recommendations. Governance & Continuous Improvement Strengthen governance, controls, and documentation for compensation and incentive programs. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and scalability as the organisation grows. Identify and mitigate financial and compliance risks within reward programs.
