Key Responsibilities System Stability: Perform daily maintenance of the company's core iGaming backend systems; rapidly respond to, identify, and resolve technical issues and bugs in the live production environment. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identify and resolve potential bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and improve API response times and system throughput. Code Quality & Refactoring: Based on a solid understanding of existing business logic, participate in code refactoring to improve code structure, enhancing system maintainability, readability, and scalability. Security Maintenance: Monitor system security, track vulnerabilities in third-party components, and apply necessary security hardening and patches to protect the platform and user data. Feature Iteration & Support: Implement minor feature iterations, adjustments, and improvements based on feedback and requirements from business units, and provide necessary technical support to other teams. Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation related to system maintenance, emergency response plans, and troubleshooting guides. Qualifications & Requirements PHP backend development, with hands-on experience maintaining large-scale online products. Proficient in the PHP language with a deep understanding of its runtime mechanisms. Skilled in at least one major PHP framework (e.g., Laravel , Symfony) with the ability to quickly understand and work with existing codebases. Expertise in MySQL , with excellent SQL scripting and optimization skills, capable of handling complex queries and performance issues with large datasets. Familiar with common caching technologies (e.g., Redis , Memcached) and their application in high-performance systems. Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles with extensive experience in API maintenance and debugging. Proficient in using Git for version control and team collaboration. Excellent online troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a logical mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
