Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- The Human Resource intern will be responsible for assisting the planning and development of employee learning related activities and processes, including :
- Development of ISO documentation and processes
- Development of training needs analysis framework and implementation
- Organizing and coordinating training programs with internal teams and external partners
- Participate in HR assignments aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational development
Qualifications:Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) among other MS applications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
- Proactive, resourceful with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain privacy and exercise caution when working with sensitive information
- Appreciate the technology trend and its relevance to the human resource programs
- Interest in AI tools, Power BI or HR information systems
