We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to take on a dual role as NetSuite Administrator and Malaysia Local Finance Executive. In addition to managing the Malaysia entity's finance operations - including statutory compliance, taxation, and local reporting - this position will oversee the administration and optimisation of our NetSuite OneWorld instance spanning 15 countries. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations, act as a key helpdesk contact, produce and manage reports, and collaborate closely with both finance and technical teams to streamline processes across modules, particularly in Inventory, Marketplace, and WMS integration.What You'll Do

Serve as NetSuite specialist to support for users across subsidiaries in Asia
Manage roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, and workflows
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with vendor support
Maintain saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and custom reports to support business and compliance needs
Support inventory configuration and ensure alignment with marketplace and WMS systems
Manage cross-border and inter-company stock flows- Handle full set of accounts for Malaysia entity (AR, AP, GL, FA) in compliance with MFRS & IFRS
Prepare monthly closing, reconciliations, and management reports
Manage payment processing, banking transactions, and cash flow monitoring for Malaysia
Coordinate with regional finance team for consolidation and intercompany transactions

Who You Are

Minimum 3-5 years of NetSuite administration or consulting experience
Experience with NetSuite OneWorld (multi-subsidiary, multi-currency)
Solid accounting/finance knowledge, including Malaysia statutory requirements
Experience in AR/AP/GL/FA processes
Familiarity with saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, workflows
Ability to handle month-end closing and statutory submissions independently
