This includes tasks such as leasing and managing properties, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and managing tenant relations. He/ she is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the management of a property. The Property Supervisor must have a strong understanding of real estate law and regulations, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:

Manage a property or group of properties, including leasing, marketing, and rent collection

Coordinate repairs and maintenanceMaintaining property records and filesCollecting all paymentsManage tenant relationsComply with all applicable real estate laws and regulationsPrepare reports and presentationsOther duties as assignedQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business, or a related field
