CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERNCUSTOMER SERVICE ORDER MANAGEMENTKuala Lumpur , MalaysiaWe are looking for a Customer Service Intern to support daily order processing, customer inquiries, and operational coordination. This role focuses on improving service efficiency, ensuring order accuracy, and supporting automation initiatives across markets.THE ROLEOPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!As our Customer Service Intern, you play a critical role in supporting order management, resolving customer queries, and improving data accuracy across systems. You will assist in daily operations while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.You will be reporting to Customer Service Manager, and you will manage:Order Management & Processing:Support order entry and validation in SAPMonitor order status and ensure timely processingAssist in resolving order discrepanciesCoordinate with warehouse and commercial teamsMaintain accurate order recordsCustomer Support & Coordination:Respond to customer inquiries on orders and deliveriesSupport issue resolution and follow-upsCoordinate with internal stakeholders across marketsAssist in handling escalationsEnsure clear and timely communicationData & Process Improvement:Support data cleanup and master data validationAssist in reporting and tracking service KPIsIdentify gaps in current processesSupport automation and system improvement initiativesDocument standard operating proceduresYOU ARE A COTY FITAs a detail-oriented and proactive individual, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are organized, eager to learn, and able to communicate effectively across teams.Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldUndergraduates who can commit ideally 6 months for a full-time internshipStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProblem-solving mindsetBasic knowledge of SAP is a plusPositive attitude and willingness to learn.If you’re ready to support and shape the future of beauty, we want you on our team!WHAT WE OFFERThis is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
