Penerangan KerjaKelayakanWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support and coordinate daily F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company standards. The role requires a solid understanding of restaurant operations, including both kitchen and service teams, as well as the ability to monitor performance, support outlets, and follow up on operational issues effectively.Candidates should possess strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with departments such as Finance, HR, QAH, Purchasing, and Marketing. Basic knowledge of food cost, labour cost, inventory control, and operational reporting is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Experience in multi-outlet F&B operations and the ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives will be an added advantage.Tanggungjawab1. Support daily outlet operations by monitoring performance, ensuring SOP compliance, and assisting teams in resolving operational issues promptly.2. ⁠Conduct regular outlet visits to check cleanliness, service quality, and adherence to kitchen and service standards.3. ⁠Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including sales, cost, wastage, and customer feedback.4. ⁠Track key KPIs such as food cost, labour cost, inventory accuracy, and customer complaints, and highlight any performance gaps.5. ⁠Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, HR, QAH, Purchasing, and Marketing to ensure smooth operational support.6. ⁠Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ordering patterns, and stock accuracy, while supporting outlets in reducing wastage and shrinkage.7. ⁠Support the implementation of SOPs, new menu rollouts, and operational initiatives across all outlets.8. ⁠Assist in internal audits and follow up on corrective actions to ensure compliance with hygiene and operational standards.9. ⁠Coordinate with mall management, contractors, and external vendors for maintenance, tenancy, and operational matters.10. ⁠Support new outlet openings, renovations, and pre-opening activities, including checklist preparation and progress tracking.Manfaat
