Support the development, execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and optimize operations and departmental performance.
Conduct internal and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance to ensure timely and effective execution.
Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and committed outcomes.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, insights and improvement areas.
Work closely with Head of Departments, senior leaders and counterparts from other divisions and other LBUs.
Prepare presentations and reports for executive decision-making.
Facilitate meeting, workshops and strategy sessions.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecard.
Track and monitor all key metrics across departments and identify performance gaps.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for Exco and senior management.
Conduct root cause analysis and scenario modeling to support business decisions.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, business growth, and process improvement.
Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and performance reviews.
Support communication and escalation of strategic priorities across the division.
Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Support internal audit and risk management processed related to strategic execution.

JOB SPECIFICATION:Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Statistic or related field.

Experience

At least 3 years working experience in strategy, performance management or customer experience roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Experience in managing strategic projects and performance frameworks.

Knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in data visualization and performance tracking tools (e.g. Power BI)
Familiarity with insurance operations, products and regulatory environment.
Strong organizational skills and able to produce accurate work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
A self-starter, pro-active, committed, mature and motivated worker who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
