We are a small but growing executive search company located in Subang Jaya. In line with our company's expansion, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator. Responsibilities: 1. Provide admin support to management & manage the recruitment process. 2. Billing clients & send reminders to clients if they have not paid. 3. Liaising with government agencies. 4. Coordinating payroll & HR. 5. Dealing with outsourced accounting firm, tax agent, company secretary & auditor. 6. Perform basic IT systems admin & support such as creating email IDs, adding & deleting users, etc. 7. Records management & proper filling. 8. Updating organization charts. 9. Compile reports & handle license renewal. 10. Handle internal recruitment & onboarding. 11. Editing CVs of candidates received. 12. Pay suppliers & recruiters. 13. Attend & host selected meetings on behalf of the Director. 14. Assist the Director in some personal errands to save his time. 15. Communicate with clients by sending out edited CVs with a short Executive Summary and arrange for interviews, if the candidates are shortlisted. 16. Liaise with Recruiters & clients to coordinate interviews, until a vacancy is closed. 17. Onboard new Recruiters and staff who join the company by sending out agreements, arranging for training, creating email IDs and providing access to the company's systems. 18. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for government agencies. 19. Send out certificates to Recruiters who have completed their training. 20. Monitor usage of resume database credits & reconcile usage vs purchases. Requirements: 1. Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline. 2. Experience: none required. Training will be provided. 3. Language: Must have an A for English at SPM level and must be able to write well in English (ie- able to draft letters, edit resumes, etc). Those who can translate documents from English to Chinese will have added advantage, as we have clients from China. 4. Candidates ideally should be flexible, adaptable, supportive, proactive and willing to pick-up new skills. 5. Willing to work in Subang Jaya. 6. Candidates must have attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
