- Work to achieve business strategy and financial budget in terms of revenue targets and Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Work to ideate and communicate house views on market outlook and actionable ideas and product solutions.
- Ensure daily morning huddle at branches to brief current market direction and investment solutions
- Manage clients' investment through frequent and consistent portfolio review and advic
- Ensure proper and timely training for frontline prior to product/campaign launch.
- Work closely with distribution channels to provide coaching and improve frontline sales competency
- Ensure all transactions follow all regulations and controls set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities; which includes but not limited to KYC, proper documentation of transactions, risk-profiling, pre-investment forms
- Ensure periodic updates of new regulatory requirements and/or operating procedures to sales force
- Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing/Finance/Economics & equivalent, CFP/CFA candidates or charter holders are added advantage.
- Professional Accreditation: FIMM (Federation of Investment Manager Malaysia), IPPC (Investor Protection Professional Certification), PKMC (Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia Certificate)
- Preferred level of Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience and 3 years in Marketing, Sales and Investors Advisory.
- Must be able to travel for conducting business.
