- Position Title: Commercial & Project Associate
- Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (Office Hours)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentives + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial summaries, and client-facing documentation to support business opportunities.
- Maintain pricing templates, standard documentation, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all submissions.
- Support the preparation of Letters of Award, quotations, and contract summaries.
- Track project milestones, invoicing schedules, and key contractual deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate inputs from engineers, subcontractors, and partners to ensure complete and aligned submissions.
- Maintain project trackers, reporting templates, and organised digital documentation systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, client submissions, and internal management updates.
- Conduct structured prospect research and market mapping to support business development efforts.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and internal preparation for management.
- Maintain CRM systems and provide visibility on opportunity pipelines and commercial progress.
- Support operational and administrative processes, including invoice preparation, supplier documentation, and continuous process improvements.
- Diploma in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a structured commercial, engineering, consulting, or project support role.
- Exposure to property, infrastructure, engineering, or energy sectors is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with clear and professional written communication skills.
- Commercially curious, with an interest in understanding project economics and value creation.
- Able to multitask effectively, work independently, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and management.
