Data collation to assist with tracking progress of key accounts.
Assist in the planning and delivery of firmwide events and engagements across businesses.
Drafting eminence pieces (e.g. press release, internal comms)
Research on topical and business-related matters and projects that require scheduling, follow up, and other support.
Provide photography and videography support on events.
Video editing and basic graphic design.

RequirementsEducation:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy in tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and research.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data, conduct research, and provide insights.
Team player: Willingness to collaborate with different team members and contribute positively to group efforts.
Good interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Ability to create reports, presentations, and manage data.
Proficiency in Creative Tools (Adobe, Canva, CapCut): Ability to produce graphic design and video content.
