- Craft comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans and training programs, for internal and external audience to ensure sustainability of change initiatives.
- Creates a change management plan targeting existing VCC employees (Malaysia and India) to ensure drive VCC value proposition (employees and leaders)
- Identify key stakeholders across the organization and develop targeted engagement strategies to build support and buy-in for change efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships across different stakeholders of the VCC to support the Delivery leads.
- Work with the Center functions and Business Units to build the change management plan focusing on the offboarding strategy for impacted employees.
- Lead the execution of change initiatives, closely monitoring progress and adjustment to ensure successful outcomes
- Design and execute proper resistance management and change impact analysis.
- Engage third party partners as necessary for effective execution / implementation of VCC change initiatives
- Craft and execute compelling VCC communication plans, such as newsletters and manifestos,
- Articulate the VCC vision, benefits and impact of the initiatives to foster positive support across all stakeholders.
- Build communication collaterals for VCC initiatives and engage third party partners, as necessary, to support build of collaterals.
- Creates and socializes relevant VCC reports for the consumption of the Business Units, Programme Delivery Leads, and the Performance Management Manager.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field, with 10+ years in change management roles.
- Proven experience in change management, digital transformation, with a strong track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational and change initiatives.
- Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills to manage enterprise-wide communication and engaging diverse audiences.
- Expertise in driving adoption and transformation projects
- Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills including visualization and storytelling capability.
- Experience in leading and monitoring the implementation of change initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Strong leadership in managing organizational design and adoption.
