Sales Operation Executive Royal Selangor is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented individual to join us as a Sales Operation Executive to play a pivotal role in streamlining our sales and delivery processes. Your responsibilities will encompass various areas, from sales data analysis to customer relationship management. Key responsibilities: Align and arrange shipments according to the purchase order. Recommend optimal shipment methods (land, sea, or air) ensuring efficient and cost-effective product delivery. Prepare shipping documentation accurately and ensure all paperwork follows established timelines and standards. Maintain clear communication with officers to provide updates on shipping details and resolve any logistical concerns. Assist the Sales Team in replenishing stock for assigned markets. Generate detailed monthly reports on sales and shipping activities Ensure timely order fulfilment across various channels, including retail, wholesale, roadshows, and gift fairs. Undertake assigned projects and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Manager Key Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Retail Management, or a related field. Have at least three (3) years of experience in Logistics Planning and Execution. Knowledge and experience in Logistics (Freight Forwarding) is an added advantage. Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Other skills: Good planning, organising, and people skills.
