Job Purpose * Responsible to work under supervision of senior Digital Platform for new initiative, enhancement and projects of CIMB Clicks web internet banking and CIMB OCTO mobile app under the overall development roadmap for the digital banking platform or product enablement for products and/or services. The role entails to identify and analyse quality business requirement, managing outstanding items, preparing approval paper, conducting research and analysis, testing and production support within stipulated SLA. Key Responsibilities * Responsible for carry out in-depth evaluation when identifying business requirement, user stories for the project or functions assigned. Responsible to assist in project management end to end. Responsible for daily operational functions including developing policy and procedures, T & C, documentation, operation processes and services flow are updated. Responsible to manage and support minor and outstanding production issues ie related to dispute, reconciliation, settlement. Developing product test plan and test cases for the project assigned. Assist to conduct testing ie. UAT, regression test, live test when required. Developing and conducting training and briefing to call center, helpdesk and branches. Responsible to collaborate and communicate with the design team, internal business stakeholders, operation team, technology team for project related. Assist in preparing GPOC, MPAP, GRCC paper, Bank Negara letter for clarification and submission. Identify risks and compliance that impacted to product and services. Job Specification * Relevant Work Experience Degree in related field 2 to 4 years + in a BA role, product management in digital space preferably in financial services sector but not essential Have working knowledge in digital banking, familiar with internet banking and mobile application will be an advantage Experience in both agile and waterfall software development techniques Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Required Competencies and Skills * Technical/Functional skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Agile tools Preparation of User Stories / Business Requirements Definition Design Thinking skills preferred Customer oriented centric Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Able to empathize with customers' need to be able to re-imagine the user journeys Teamwork skill is essential, ensuring working well with team, peers, cross department and vendors.
