Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources, located in Bayan Lepas. The Senior Executive HR will manage HR operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee relations, and overall HR management. Daily tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee benefits, handling performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
