- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Meticulous and have an eye for details
- Able to work in Georgetown Penang.
- Willing to work on working hours: Mondays to Fridays: 9am to 5pm; Saturdays: 9am to 1pm
- Assist in general accounting duties such as data entry, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports
- Maintain and update the company's accounting records and databases
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Support ad-hoc accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned
