Overview(Minimum 6-month requirement)The Quality Intern will be responsible for Power BI Quality Dashboard creation, manage and collaborate with related stakeholders.QualificationsRequirementsA. Minimum Skills to Hire:

Education: Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in using Power BI tool / DAX / Visualization is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

B. Skills required after hiring:

Monitor report usage metrics: How to monitor the impact of your dashboards and reports, including understanding who is using them and for what purpose
How to Create a Usage Report in Power BI: Walkthrough shows how to create a detailed usage report in Power BI, helping to keep tabs on user activity and engagement.
Power BI - Tools and Functionalities: Overview of Power BI's capabilities, including data visualization and business intelligence features

C. Minimum Skill Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in using Power BI tool / DAX / Visualization
Fast learner who requires minimal supervision

D. Skills

Minimum bi-lingual proficiency, tri-lingual and above is preferred.
Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesDesign and Development: The intern will be responsible for designing and developing the Power BI dashboards specifically for QAmetrics. This includes creating visually appealing and functional dashboards that capture both performance and hygiene-relatedresults for weekly and monthly reportsData Management: The intern will work closely with the internal BA team to capture and consolidate quality data from varioussources, ensuring that the data is accurate and up-to-dateCollaboration: The intern will collaborate with team members to brainstorm and avoid duplication with existing Power BI initiatives.They will also act as a liaison with Program managers and Team Leads to ensure consistent quality measurements throughout theoperationAnalysis and Reporting: The intern will conduct root cause analysis, trend analysis, and other data analyses to identify improvementopportunities within the TP environment. They will also provide QA progress reports to Team Leads - automatedQuality Assurance: The intern will monitor and analyze agent performance, identify training needs, and coach the team on defectmanagement. They will also conduct QA evaluations per client requirements and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QADashboard
