Role: Sales Executive | Mandarin-speakerJob Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce and promote company products or services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Update customer databases and ensure all information is accurate.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve sales strategies.
- Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and compliance standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or insurance background .minimum 6month
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasion and sales closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills.
