Responsibilities Commercial Management Ensure project expenses and costs are reviewed and approved by the Project Manager and the Projects & Operations Director, ensuring compliance with approved budgets. Develop and manage project budgets to ensure efficient cost management. Create and manage cash flow templates based on projects, anticipating client payment terms vs. supplier/sub-contractor payment terms. Oversee timely invoicing to ensure cash flow aligns with project requirements. Project Planning and Coordination Assist in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals. Support the procurement and allocation of resources. Execution and Monitoring Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the schedule and budget. Track project deliverables, identify risks, and propose solutions to mitigate them. Prepare and update project reports and documentation. Team Collaboration Act as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, and external partners to maintain effective communication. Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items. Support team members in resolving technical and operational challenges. Quality Assurance Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular site visits, inspections, or audits to verify project compliance. Administrative Support Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence. Support budget tracking and financial reporting. Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in project management or related roles. Proficiency in project management tools. Strong knowledge of budget management, cost control, and cash flow analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, teams, and vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for risk management and process improvement. Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance, safety, and quality standards.
