We are committed to delivering excellent service to our customers while providing a positive and rewarding working environment for our employees.We are seeking progressive, dedicated, and well-rounded individuals with strong work ethics to join our growing team.We are looking for Excellent Performers to join us as:⁠Sales AssistantJob Requirements:· Malaysian citizens only· Minimum education is SPM/SKM or related· Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (Sales Assistant position)· Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage· Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English· Good personality and confidence in hosting TikTok Live sessions· Willing to work 5 days per week with 2 rest days· Willing to work on 1 shift basis, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays· Energetic with strong customer service skillsContact HR Senheng at (WhatsApp)ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires.Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of product to customers.Demonstrate use or operation of product.Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options.Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company's products.Involved in performing daily or weekly TikTok Live sessions and creating short videos for the outlet's TikTok account.Benefits
