- Provide strategic direction and guidance to content creators and social executives
- Strengthen client-agency communication and workflow efficiency
- Drive social activation and long-term platform direction beyond individual campaigns
- Oversee multiple accounts across different industries and business pillars
- Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all social deliverables
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in social media or digital roles within an agency environment
- Proven experience leading and managing teams
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities
- Solid understanding of agency workflows and client-agency dynamics
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond execution and content delivery
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C accounts (financial services experience is an advantage)
