Job Description Prepare and submit monthly financial statements on time for management review with a high level of accuracy and discipline. Maintain a full set of accounts - including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations. Prepare annual financial statements and assist with audit documentation and audit queries. Ensure timely payments of all regular expenses and adherence to contract terms. Monitor sales collections and ensure efficient debt recovery. Handle tax compliance in line with the Malaysian Income Tax Act 1967 . Perform general accounting and administrative duties as required. Demonstrate discipline and ownership in delivering quality work within deadlines. Guide and support other team members. Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in a relevant accounting role, with solid knowledge in handling a full set of accounts. Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Highly meticulous, responsible, and possesses a positive working attitude. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A team player who collaborates well across departments.
