Contract Duration : 1 year contract Location: Kuala Lumpur Experience Level : 7+ years Key Responsibilities Administer, develop, test, and demonstrate database solutions Design, implement, and maintain new and existing databases Perform database backup, recovery, and configuration management Install and manage Database Management Systems (DBMS) Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies Ensure data integrity, security, and high availability Troubleshoot database issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans Contribute to procedure updates, documentation, and problem resolution Actively participate in team discussions and provide effective technical solutions Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in database administration Requirements Intermediate proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (Oracle DBA) Solid understanding of Database Management concepts Experience with performance tuning, backup & recovery, and monitoring Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and communication skills
