Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Executive to handle day-to-day accounting tasks and oversee inventory management. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple duties efficiently, and ensure accuracy in both financial records and stock control. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation) Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting Ensure accurate and timely submission of SST and other statutory requirements Manage petty cash, claims, and staff reimbursements Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties Maintain proper filing and documentation for all financial transactions Inventory Duties: Monitor and manage stock levels (incoming, outgoing, and returns) Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies Ensure accurate inventory data entry into accounting/inventory system Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams on stock movement Prepare inventory reports and highlight slow-moving or obsolete items Implement and maintain proper stock control procedures (FIFO/LIFO) Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in accounting and/or inventory management Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/inventory software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualities: Experience in FMCG or trading industry is an advantage Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Malay, and Chinese Show more Show less
