The Technical Application Specialist (Infor LN) will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the Infor LN ERP system to meet business needs in the industrial and manufacturing sector. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic technology environment.

Provide technical support and maintenance for the Infor LN ERP system, ensuring smooth system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Infor LN ERP system in a timely manner.
Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation of processes and configurations.
Assist in user training and provide technical expertise to ensure effective system usage.
Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to meet business requirements.
Liaise with external vendors and consultants for system customization and support.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all technical solutions.
