- Lead the daily tasks of the one of MY/SG/HK ventures, including the meticulous planning and execution of campaign layouts. Ensure that all campaigns are in line with the company's overall marketing strategy and meet set objectives.
- Spearhead the development of the tactical portfolio, with a focus on planning and executing campaigns that are aligned with internal pricing focuses across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
- Manage beauty, sports and kids portfolio, coordinating closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful marketing strategy onsite.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team responsible for the daily execution of tasks. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities, and provide them with the support needed to succeed.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports on the campaign performance to higher management. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions to optimize results.
- Serve as the main point of contact for communication with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of campaign progress, challenges, and successes. Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and support across all involved parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to inform campaign strategies and ensure the company remains competitive in the e-commerce space.
- Collaborate with regional teams to understand market nuances and tailor campaigns to meet the unique needs of each market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or campaign management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful e-commerce campaigns across multiple regions.
- Experience in managing brand and key collection launches with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing small teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of key performance metrics in e-commerce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
