Purpose of the Position: Lead the creative vision and execution of compelling visual content across diverse industries including Technology, Healthcare, Consumer. As Art Director, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and directing creative campaigns that deliver exceptional results for our clients. Based in our Malaysia office, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Singapore and the APAC region. You'll work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into innovative visual solutions that drive engagement and meet marketing goals. We're looking for an experienced creative leader with a proven track record in art direction, a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across multiple mediums, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading creative presentations, and elevating the quality of work across the team. RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with creative and content team to support clients with content marketing ideas Conceptualize, create, design and develop digital assets to support campaigns for social channels, microsites, landing pages, and online advertising Participate in brainstorms and preparation of new business pitch proposals and mock-ups required for social and online platforms Familiarize with clients' products/services and their competitors Revise final overall look and feel of creative assets Collaborate with regional teams across Singapore and Malaysia markets REQUIREMENTS Diploma / Degree in Communications, Visual Communications, Design, Art or a related field Interested to grow into a Graphic Designer, Creative Generalist At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design or creative content production A creative thinker with the ability to follow creative direction and produce rich and dynamic content that fits within a defined style or purpose A quick and willing learner with an open mindset The ability to communicate ideas in an effective and creative manner Can work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is a must Basic knowledge of 2D animation and video editing skills using Final Cut Pro is a plus Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Equal Opportunity: We. provides equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate against an employee or applicant because of age, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or other legally protected class status.
