You still have a chance!SaveApplyRequirementsWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated HR Assistant / HR Executive with a specialization in payroll processing and administration to join our HR team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to our employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.Requirement:
  • Able to speak, write and understand English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be willing to work at Kajang.
  • Diploma in Human Resources or Administration or related field preferred.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing:
  • Collect, review, and process employee time and attendance data.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime accurately.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll checks or process direct deposits.
Payroll Administration:
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data in the HR2000 system.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and issues.
Reporting and Compliance:
  • Generate payroll reports for management and finance departments.
  • Assist in audits related to payroll and employee records.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Employee Support:
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters professionally and promptly.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees on payroll-related policies and procedures.
