Project Manager - High Voltage

• Lead and oversee high-voltage electrical projects at 275kV, 132kV, 33kV, and 11kV, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform detailed electrical calculations and simulations, including cable and load sizing, overcurrent protection, and earth fault protection design.
• Handle key infrastructure projects such as Data Centres, Interconnection Facilities (IF) for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Large-Scale Solar (LSS) Farms.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including electrical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Participate in project meetings and technical presentations to align stakeholders and drive progress.
• Conduct on-site and off-site inspections to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems during all phases of the project.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, verifying accuracy against approved designs.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical oversight and supporting their professional development.

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in project management for high-voltage systems or equivalent capacity
• Knowledgeable in general electrical / mechanical engineering works
• Ability to interact and deal effectively with all levels of management and staff
• Must possess good planning knowledge analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and resolve conflict
• Must be willing to work half day on Saturday
