Description We are seeking a skilled Performance Automation Tester to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and automation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. Responsibilities Develop and execute automated test scripts for performance testing Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and performance requirements Design and implement performance testing strategies Maintain and enhance the existing performance testing frameworks Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings Participate in agile ceremonies and provide input on testing strategies Skills and Qualifications 3-10 years of experience in performance testing and automation Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices Experience with scripting languages like Java, Python, or Groovy Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
