Beauty Sales Consultant

• A driven sales consultant (Minimum 2 years experience) with proven records in meeting sales targets. Previous proven sales results are a must
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including ability to make presentation and negotiations
• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on daily basis
• Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
• Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
• Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
• Able to work in a team effectively. A "people" person

• Provide sales consultation to the clients
• Ability to explain, negotiate and communicate with the potential clients, with the aim to close sales in meeting sales targets
• Create, develop, maintain and nurture good relationship with the clients
• Lead, supervise and manage a team
