Process Engineer (Executive)

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering degree required.
• At least 2 years' experience as Process Engineer; experience in automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Familiar with common manufacturing processes: process control, cycle time/quality improvement; knowledge in IATF 16949 requirements (APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC) is an added advantage.
• Innovative, self-motivated and have a good analytical mind.
• Ability to identify, break down, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (written & oral) to communicate with staff and associates in China.

• To implement continuous improvements to the company production process for new and existing models.
• To involve in new model trial run activity for process-related matters, e.g. assembly process, line layout, cycle time, line balancing, etc.
• To prepare Standard Operating Procedure, Process Change Instruction, Flow charts, and other documents related to process engineering.
• To assist quality department in providing findings and corrective actions for any customer quality-related complaint.
• To follow up and arrange for internal and external equipment calibration.
• Any ad-hoc tasks requested by superior or management.
