Job Responsibilities:● Plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (SEM), and other relevant digital channels.● Monitor and analyse campaign performance including CPL, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.● Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaigns align with project marketing objectives.● Develop target audience strategies and campaign structures to improve lead generation performance.● Coordinate with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and messaging tailored to property campaigns.● Conduct regular campaign reporting and performance analysis with recommendations for improvement.● Support the development of digital marketing strategies for project launches and promotional campaigns.● Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital performance marketing.Job Requirement:● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field.● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance digital marketing.● Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads (SEM).● Experience in lead generation campaigns is highly preferred.● Familiarity with property marketing or real estate industry is an added advantage.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Good communication and coordination skills.● Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to market communication needs.
