About the Role: We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Platform Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to manage and operate a complex IT infrastructure comprising cloud platforms, virtualization, database, storage, and backup systems. This role is a mix of operational support and project-driven work , involving collaboration with multiple teams and supporting large managed service providers (MSPs). Key Responsibilities: Execute IT Infra projects and daily operations (K8S, VMs, Storage, Backup, DBs). Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Infra teams to align on tech roadmap and delivery. Perform root cause analysis and work with OEM partners for resolution. Assist in automation initiatives to improve efficiency. Provide on-the-job training and lead troubleshooting efforts. Key Requirements: MUST- Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent. Experience in virtualization (OpenStack, OpenShift, VMware) and container platforms. Either expert in Onprem or Cloud. Linux/Unix or Windows Admin skills. (Linux/ Windows any can work) Familiarity with storage (Ceph, SAN, NFS) and backup systems. DevOps experience in large enterprise settings is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL, network, security, data center, middleware is advantageous. Excellent communication, team spirit, and self-driven attitude. Willingness to provide after-hours support when required.
