Job Responsibilities Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of IMC department's activities. Actively monitor, review and manage customer enquiries, ensure excellent and superior customer services, response timely to customers. Manage and monitor marketing premiums inventory and prepare for event and internal stakeholder request. Arrange delivery of marketing material to internal stakeholder. Search for new vendor and request quotation, raise Purchase Requisition form, request PO & follow up with invoice. To ensure systematic documentation and filings. Asist in keeping track marketing budget. Assist in events, marketing activities/campaigns whenever required. Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits. Liaise with respective departments on the update and maintenance of the policies and procedures. Perform any other related duties as and when directed by superior. Job Requirements Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management Preferably at least 2 to 3 years of related working experience. Preferably Executive specializing in Admin / Marketing or equivalent.
