- Partner with regional planning teams to translate strategy into detailed biddable plans (channel mix, targeting, budget, phasing) across Social, Search, and Programmatic
- Define and apply biddable frameworks (audience, platform roles, budget allocation, measurement)
- Support and guide budget allocation and pacing to maximise efficiency and ROI
- Ensure consistency and best practices across markets, with flexibility for local adaptation
- Oversee activation teams to ensure accurate setup, execution quality, and alignment with strategy, including regular quality checks
- Monitor performance and lead test-and-learn initiatives (e.g. A/B testing, creative and audience experiments)
- Translate performance data into clear, client-friendly insights and recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients, platform partners, and internal teams
- Stay up to date with platform developments and innovation opportunities
- Strong background in digital planning and execution, particularly in Social, Search, and Programmatic.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing or biddable media (Social, Search, Programmatic)
- Strong hands-on experience with major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, DV360)
- Experience working on regional or multi-market campaigns is preferred
- Strong understanding of biddable ecosystem, including targeting, bidding strategies, and optimisation levers
- Ability to translate strategy into performance-driven execution frameworks
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation and performance optimisation
- Proficient in various data and analytics tools (GA4, MMP, CAPI, CRM Integration etc.)
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and markets, ensuring alignment and consistency
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple campaigns and timelines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders
- A test-and-learn mindset, driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
