Outlet Supervisor (Aeon Tebrau City)

• Possess supervisory skill, good communication skill and self-motivated.
• Pleasant, friendly, engaging personality and customer oriented.
• Willing to work during weekend and Public holidays.

• Supervise, manage, train and ensure sufficient manpower in the outlet.
• Arrange outlet's monthly time table and submit to Area Manager for approval
• Perform daily store operation; opening and closing.
• Perform cashier duties e.g manage transactions use POS system, scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate, collect payment and issue receipts.
• Ensures stock inventory is always available & tally with the POS system & sales generated
• Order stocks when stock is running low and during fairs promotions sales. Arrange and perform monthly stock count together with staff.
• Greet, serve and provide assistance to customers.
• Check and submit daily sales figure to Area Manager
• Submit, check & verify staff monthly attendance report for payroll issuing
• Responsible for product display in outlet.
• Solving complaints received from customer/staff.
• Maintain the cleanliness & tidiness in outlet.
• Ensure the administration of the outlet is compliance with Company's standard procedures and policies.
• Various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
