- Drive and execute effective sales strategies to consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Lead, coach and monitor the performance of junior sales team members to ensure productivity and growth
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence and customer base
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to uncover growth opportunities
- Provide timely market insights and strategic feedback to management
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Take ownership of Accounts Receivable (AR) for assigned accounts to ensure timely collection
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, technical sales, engineering sales or solution sales
- Proven track record in business development, key account management and achieving sales targets
- Experience handling industrial equipment, mechanical systems, air systems, pumps, blowers or engineering solutions is an added advantage
- Strong skills in client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation and closing high-value deals
- Ability to understand technical requirements and propose customised solutions to industrial clients
- Strong market awareness with the ability to analyse market trends, competitor landscape and customer needs
- Independent, results-driven and ambitious with leadership potential to progress into a Head of Sales / Sales Manager role
