Plan customers demand in accordance to product requirement.
Derive monthly production schedule for the execution of dipping plants.
Commit a reasonable ETD for customer demand in accordance to capacity availability.
Firm the customer sales order in AX system.
Provide a desirable ETD for customer enquiry.
Input daily production output in the respective product spread sheet.
Ensure correctness when entering data (quantity & sizes) in respective product spread sheet.
Discuss with Sales & Marketing for any potential shipment required delays due to inability to meet the original committed ETD.
Conduct daily short discussion with the respective QCP Executives, shipping & packaging section on shipment status.
Attend weekly shipment meeting which is chair by shipping department.
Inform purchasing on any packaging required advance delivery due to special production run.
Keep track of inventory movement (work in progress & temporary packing) on a daily basis.
Submit a summary inventory status to Director Manufacturing/Senior Manager - Operation on a monthly basis.
Work closely with compounding head on raw material planning.
Any other tasks that may be assigned.
