Being professional and sales oriented in customer service and engaging customer through whatsapp and social media platforms.

Contribute to excellent customer relationship management include build good rapport with customers, high level of customer service, prompt response time and customer satisfaction.

Continuously improve personal communication and sales techniques to increase business growth.

Strong teamwork in Marketing team to give constructive suggestion and feedback to help grow the business.

工作职责- 以专业 & 销售的形式提供客户服务，并通过 WhatsApp 及各类社交媒体平台与客户沟通互动。- 维护卓越的客户关系管理，包括与客户建立良好关系、提供高水平客户服务、快速回应以及确保客户满意度。- 持续提升个人沟通能力与销售技巧，以推动业务增长。- 在市场营销团队中展现良好的团队合作精神，提供建设性建议与反馈，协助业务发展。- 每周需到办公室工作 3 天（工作时间灵活，介于上午 8:00 至下午 5:00 之间）。Benefits
